Our exclusively created class combines both the aerobic and anaerobic effects of modern salsa dance and interval training to give you a full body workout.  This class will focus on giving you a range of motion of movement, strength and functionality of the body, while also allowing you to find your groove in the music.  Salsacise is inclusive of all ages, genders and skill-level and is a great workout to incorporate into your weekly routine.
