This program helps promising athletes learn new movement patterns, enhance coordination and peripheral skills, and so much more. We aim to instill this into young athletes early and assist seasoned athletes to gradually better these skills for enhanced performance on and off the field.
Re-Conditioning Training Program After Injury
Our re-conditioning program bridges the gap between traditional physical therapy and a patient's safe return to full sporting, work, and normal activities. This program is usually offered in a private setting with individualized sport and activity specific elements.
Functional Training for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities
Functional fitness is necessary for us to perform daily tasks with ease. It includes exercises
that mimic the movements of daily activities such as walking, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling. This program focuses on balance, mobility, and strength to increase the quality of life for our clients.
